Being in dentistry for 36 years, it is safe to say I love the dental field and what I do. I am married and have a beautiful daughter and two amazing grandsons. I have two dogs named Snickers and Lilly. I love painting and doing anything crafty in my spare time, along with spending time with my family. I hope your experience with Cruzin’ Dental is as wonderful as mine and welcome to our office.
Your newest face at the front desk, I am Amanda and will be joining the front desk team. I have two amazing sons, one of my most favorite things to do is spend time with my family. As a family, we enjoy going out to fish or simply hanging out on an island. I am super excited to start this journey with Cruzin’ Dental, and to see what the future holds.
I am your friendly front desk receptionist here at Cruzin’ Dental for the last 2+ years. I am originally from Detroit, MI and I have been coming to Florida since the 70’s, then I moved here in the early 80’s, I'll gladly say I’m a Florida girl! After graduating from Hernando/Pasco State College with my degree in “Medical Secretary Exam Room Assistant”, I did my internship at a Chiropractic office, shortly after receiving my certification as a Chiropractic assistant. After 25 years in the Chiropractic and Rehabilitation field, it was time for a new journey which is where I now find myself, in the dental field. I love the dental field and enjoy working the front desk, I love being the friendly person you meet on the phone or when you walk in. It is very rewarding to see patients walk out with a beautiful smile and get their confidence back. Working with the team at Cruzin’ Dental is the best, they’re not just co-workers, they’re my best friends and family. I enjoy boating, fishing, camping and lazy Sundays in the pool with my husband and our chocolate lab. Both my husband and I have a passion for landscaping and Jesus. Spending time with our family is very important to us so we love having family dinners with our two daughters and their families. We walk with Jesus guided by his word and filled with his peace.
Hi, I’m Sherri, your friendly lead dental assistant. With over five years of experience, I absolutely love what I do. Although I assist with all types of dental procedures, oral surgery has to be one of my favorites. Helping patients feel comfortable, cared for and confident about coming back is what drives me every day. Outside the office, I’m all about spending quality time with family and friends, going to the beach, and getting in a good gym session. I believe in always smiling, both on and off the clock!
Hi, I’m Abby! Born and raised in SWFL, I’ve explored a variety of career paths–but my true passion lies in dental assisting. I love being part of a dynamic dental team, especially in a dental setting where I can help to provide confident, high-quality care. Helping people maintain healthy, confident smiles brings me real joy. Outside of work, I stay busy caring for my 12 beloved fur babies and spending quality time with my family. I’m always looking for new opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally.
With over 10 years of experience as a dedicated dental assistant, I bring genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Recently relocated to Florida, I’m excited to continue my journey in the dental field and connect with a new community. My career has taken me to places beyond the office, including a mission trip to Jamaica, where I provided dental care to underserved communities. On my days off, I enjoy exploring new places and attending concerts, always seeking new experiences to inspire and refresh me. I am the newest dental hygienist with Cruzin’ Dental. I graduated from Western Kentucky University and I am so excited for all the new opportunities that will come my way during my career. I’m looking forward to serving our community and patients. In my spare time, I love spending time with family and relaxing on the beach. Married with two beautiful girls, two dogs, and one cat, we are always having a good time.
Hi! My name is Josue Santoyo and I’m one of the dental hygienists here at the office. I’ve been in the dental field since 2020, initially working as a dentist in the Dominican Republic before transitioning to dental hygiene in the U.S. I love working in dentistry because it allows me to build relationships with patients while helping them feel confident and comfortable with their smile. I’m passionate about preventive care and educating patients on how small habits can make a big difference in their oral health.
Outside of work, I serve in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Civil Affairs Specialist, which has helped me grow in leadership, adaptability, and communication. In my free time, I love long-distance running, playing chess, and spending time with my wife. Whether it’s tackling a tough workout or solving a strategic chess puzzle, I enjoy challenges that keep my mind and body active!
